As of now, a 5G router is needed to connect to the 5G network. You can get the 5G router by visiting Mobily’s outlets or through Mobily eShop and subscribe either by cash or installment for 18 months.
What speeds will I be able to get on Mobily’s 5G Home Broadband?
5G is offering higher speeds in comparison to 4G, where it can reach up to 10 time faster than the current 4G connectivity.
Can I get a professional installation for my 5G Router?
There will be no need for a professional installation as the service will be provided as a plug & play.
What if I need to move to another place after subscribing to 5G Home Broadband service?
We don’t recommend that you change your 5G router place after installation.
However, if Mobily 5G coverage is available in the new place, then your router will work normally on our 5G network; otherwise the router will be connected to the 4G network.
Is there a warranty for the router?
There will be a 2 year warranty in case the router is faulty or there is any technical manufacturing issues with the device.
Is there any commitment on the service?
Yes, there will a commitment for 18 bill cycles if you got the 5G Router by installment plan.
What if I cancel my service before the end of the commitment period?
If you cancel the plan before the end of your commitment, you will need to pay 50 SAR (57.5 VAT Inclusive) for each remaining billing cycle.
